Official NPL™ National Pickleball League™ Ambassadors

The National Pickleball League™ (NPL™) Ambassador Program is designed for passionate pickleball leaders and organizers who want to promote and grow the sport in their local communities. Ambassadors are responsible for organizing NPL™ events, recreational games, socials, tournaments, and playoffs at their local courts. They also play a key role in recruiting new NPL™ members and receive commissions for sign-ups.

Requirements to Become an NPL™ Ambassador

To qualify as an ambassador, candidates should:

  • Regularly play and promote pickleball at their local courts.
  • Be a member in good standing with at least one of the following organizations (recommended but not required): IPTPA, PPR, USPTA, or IFP.
  • Be an active leader or member of a TeamReach or Facebook Pickleball group.
  • Have a strong network of pickleball players.
  • Have organizational experience in managing leagues, recreational games, socials, or tournaments.
  • Be registering for an area without an existing NPL™ Ambassador, or have a referral from the local ambassador (inquire before registering).

  • Engage with players to help them understand the benefits of NPL™ membership.

Ambassador Recognition

The NPL™ highlights the efforts of its ambassadors by listing them on the official website and recognizing their contributions to growing the sport. Ambassadors from different states and regions are featured, showcasing their dedication to the pickleball community.
